The cord provided with the base is not powerful enough to fully operate the display. Separate cord had to be purchased from 3rd party to use as desired. For the price this is unacceptable.

Had a problem with the base unit. When troubleshooting could not remedy the problem they took care of it right away.

Missing one dice
The dice are lovely! Im very happy with them. However, my only complaint is that I got 2 copies of the Envies Cut dice and I didn't get a Siren Song dice. If there's a way to receive the missing design, or a method I need to prove i dont have it, I would love to have all 6 designs!

I had an issue with the base not working and they responded quickly with a number of suggestions for trying to fix it. When it was clear those wouldn't fix the problem they promptly sent a new one and it works great! Very satisfied.
